pair up with a partner and help each other in various yoga postures. We
finish up with rehab yoga, where the body rests in yogapostures for a
longer time with the help of props. |

| Saturday | 8.00 - 11.00 | Pranayama och hatha yoga We
start with pranayama exercises and then continue with physical postures
from the hatha yoga tradition as it is taught at the Kaivalyadhama
institute in India. We will do postures that are not included in the
Ashtanga yoga primary series. |

| 16.30 - 18.30 | Yoga psykologi and kosmologi with practical exercises We will study some of the theories in Patanali's yoga sutras and illustrate them with various exercises

| 18.30 - 19.30 | Evening meal Soup, sallad and other good stuff according to Ayurvedic traditions with as much organic and locally grown food as possible.

| 20.00 - 21.30 | Kirtan Singing
in Indian badyan tradition with a lead singer and responses in unison.
The gola of the singing is to create a deep and pleasant medative state
of mind.
